How to Import Elite Elementor Template Kit

Elite Elementor Template Kit – Installation Guide

Elite Elementor Template Kits are slightly different from our standard Elementor Template Kits.

For Elite Template Kits, we use an additional animation plugin that we developed called El MotionKit Plugin. Some templates may also include or require third-party plugins, depending on the specific design and functionality.

Please make sure to install all required plugins listed in the template description before importing the kit.

  • The El MotionKit plugin is included inside the provided ZIP package.
  • Any additional third-party plugins not included must be installed via WordPress → Plugins → Add New.

Installation Steps

1. Install Required Plugins

Install all required plugins listed in the template description before proceeding.

2. If the Template Uses ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)

If the template requires ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), you will need to import the provided JSON file for custom post types.

2.1 Go to:

ACF → Tools → Import

2.2 Choose the JSON file included in the package. Select the JSON file we provided (usually named:templatename-acf.json    )

2.3 Click Import JSON.

If the import is successful, you will see a new Post Type menu appear in your WordPress dashboard.

Note: Skip this step if the template does not require ACF.

3. Enable Unfiltered File Uploads

Go to:

Elementor → Settings → Advanced

Enable “Enable Unfiltered File Uploads.”

4. Click Save Changes

5. Import the Elite Elementor Template Kit

Go to:

Elementor → Tools → Website Templates

Under Apply a Website Template, click Import.

6. Upload the Template File

Select the ZIP file we provided (usually named:templatename-elite-elementor-template-kit.zip    )

7. Click “Import & Apply”

8. Wait for the Import to Complete

Please wait a few moments while the Elite Elementor Template Kit is fully imported and applied to your website.

Note: The next step is to upload the animation JSON file and apply it accordingly.

How to Upload & Apply JSON Animation

After the import process, some images may not be properly assigned. This can happen if the import process requires a higher PHP time limit than your server allows, or due to limitations in Elementor’s template import feature. For example, the header logo (an Image element set via Elementor Site Settings) may need to be reassigned manually through the Elementor editor.
